Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring your purchase back to Jan Hewitt for a full refund within 30 days (receipt required).  After 30 days, you may exchange for another item within the collection.

If you are returning your purchase by mail, please call 204.509.1384 or email us at returns@janhewitt.com and state the reason why you are returning your purchase and whether you would like to exchange or receive a refund.  Same terms apply above.

Please note, for hygienic reasons, earrings may not be returned.  If your earring purchase is defective, please contact us to see if your earrings can be fixed.

Damaged and defective jewelry

If your jewelry piece has been damaged in any way, please contact us at customerservice@janhewitt.com as we would be happy to fix the item for you.  Please note, depending on the extent of damage a minimal charge may apply to repair the item. 

If the item is defective, contact us and let us know what has occurred, so we may resolve the problem promptly and appropriately.

Shipping Rates

All shipping charges will be added at the end of all mail order purchases. International orders are also responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your government.

It is very important to Jan Hewitt that you are happy with your purchase.  After all, jewelry should be worn not just stored in a fancy box.  Let us know what is making you not wear the item, or if you cannot quite figure out what it is, try it on for us and perhaps we can make a suggestion that just might do the trick.  We want to assure you that you will love your new jewelry.
